Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to your use of MeteMate at https://metemate.com/. By using the site or connecting a wallet you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What MeteMate is

MeteMate is an interface that displays public data about Meteora liquidity pools on Solana and, where enabled, helps you build transactions for the Meteora protocol. MeteMate is not affiliated with Meteora, Jupiter or any wallet provider.

2. Non-custodial

We never hold your funds or keys. Every transaction is created in your browser, shown to you for review, simulated, and only sent after you approve it in your own wallet. You are solely responsible for the transactions you approve and for keeping your wallet secure.

3. Fees

Using the read-only features is free. When you use the trading features (add liquidity, claim, close, rebalance), MeteMate adds a platform fee of 0.10% of the value moved, capped at 0.5 SOL per action, paid in SOL as a separate transfer inside the same transaction. The exact amount is shown on the review screen before you sign. You also pay Solana network fees, any priority fee you choose and, if enabled, a Jito tip. Fees are not refundable once a transaction is confirmed.

4. No advice

Nothing on MeteMate — including scores, alerts, rankings and PnL figures — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Scores are automated estimates and can be wrong. Do your own research.

5. Risks

Providing liquidity and trading digital assets is risky. You may lose some or all of your funds, including through price moves, impermanent loss, smart-contract bugs, failed or delayed transactions, network congestion, malicious tokens and rug pulls. Data from third parties may be delayed or inaccurate.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use these services where you live. You may not use MeteMate if you are subject to sanctions or located in a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if using it would break the law where you are.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or interfere with the site or other users.

8. Third parties

The site relies on third-party protocols, data providers and wallets that we do not control. Their terms apply to your use of them.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeteMate and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the site or the blockchain. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the platform fees you paid to MeteMate in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
